The Ultrafryer® Systems SuperCustom Batter Table uses a Coldmaster® cold batter pan which helps maintain batter at a usable temperature for extended periods. In addition, its “dip & flip” basket, sifter and easy-clean features are all designed to increase operation speed, convenience and productivity.
