Do you prefer Electric?

We build a highly efficent Electric version of our fryers with the same fine quality features of our gas units.

 
Five loop fryer heating element

 Our longer heating elements
 provide high power with lower
 element temperatures to protect
 your shortening running between
 17 KW and 20 KW of power.


Elements are formed with a streamlined vertical
cross section (Flat Bar) for more effective heat
transfer. Each element is given extra bends to increase overall length resulting in lower power
per inch of run. All power required for productivity
on less than 35 watts/sq. in.

Our electric fryers use insulated vats to
reduce heat loss at idle, reducing
expensive energey costs. We produce
electric fryers in 45 lb., 75lb. and 125 lb.
fryer capacities.

Our element design is highly focused on perserving shortening. Fllat bar allows for smooth flow of
